Ansar Ahmad Shaikh happens to be the son of an auto driver who has earned a high recognition for being the youngest candidate to clear the examination of UPSC civil services. He was 21 years of age and scored 361 all India rank in the exam. In spite of belonging to a poor family in the Japna village of Maharashtra, he gained success in clearing this tough competitive exam in the very first attempt.

He belonged to the family of five members and his father had to struggle for accomplishing the needs of the family.

After completing his graduation from Allahabad University in the year of 2009, he accomplished his masters in the year of 2011. After completing his secondary education, he accomplished the integrated MCA course for the five-years duration from the Utkal University. He made the best use of the environment, he got during the completion of his integrated course.
