One may also write letters to the editors of the newspapers over the ongoing issues in the city or the country. By doing one may become expert in writing letters and in expressing their views. One should not feel disappointed if his/her letter does not publish in the newspaper.
Communicate in English:

By watching Hollywood movies one may improve his/her command over the language immense and that too in a funny way. This will entertain them as well. One should watch Hollywood movies on a regular basis.
Think in English: Start thinking about anything in English in your mind. Aspirants who start thinking in English can become proficient 3 times quicker in comparison to other aspirants.
Learn Few Words Daily:
One should try to learn and use a few new words daily. They should start reading novels and books, and if they get to see any new word in them then they should learn its proper meaning from the dictionary and should also try to frame a few sentences by using them.
Solve Previous Years Question Papers:
One must solve the IAS previous years question papers this will give them a fair idea about the type of questions that may be asked from them in the paper. This will on the other hand will also boost up their confidence level.
