Recruitment of Probationary Officers in the State Bank of India is done through three stage recruitment procedure comprising Tier I Online Written examination, Tier II Written Examination & Descriptive Paper and Tier III GD/PI round. The last round of the recruitment procedure i.e. Group Discussion & Personal Interview Round comprise of total 50 marks. Group discussion carries 20 marks and Personal interview carries 30 marks.
