Staff Selection Commission acts as the central recruitment agency of the Government of India. It recruits the candidates for several Group and Group posts of the Government under different ministries as well as departments. The commission has made several changes in the recruitment procedure from this year. These changes are made to choose the best candidates for the job-positions. From this year the procedure of carrying out interview has been abolished and a descriptive paper has been introduced as tier III of the examination. This paper will be of 100 marks and only 60 minutes will be allotted to the candidates for finishing the exam.
