The Staff Selection Commission conducts Combined Graduate Level Examination every year for recruiting the candidates for several Group C and Group D posts under various departments of Central Government. The candidates are selected for the posts under these groups through two tier written examination namely Preliminary Examination and Mains Examination.

The tier-i examination consists a paper General Intelligence and Reasoning, which is of 50 marks. This paper is again divided in two parts:

  • Verbal Reasoning
  • Non-Verbal Reasoning

As this paper is little tricky and time consuming, it needs lot of practice and understanding to crack this. Sometimes all the options seem right to the candidates, this time they need to look at the diagram more cautiously to answer the question. Candidates need to enhance their thinking power to crack the code of the question.
